Data Tools


  • "Data Tools" allows you to edit the batches received from the mixer(s) and the prices used with ingredients. 
  • From the main menu, select “Manage” and then select “Data Tools". The warning pop-up below will be shown:
  1. Press : "Confirm" to access DataTools. The screen below will show.
  1. Time Range: The time range is used for the 'Loads & Deliveries' tool to set the period of loads to be given
  2. Load & Deliveries: Is a tool that will allow you to fix reported values related to the past feedings. 
  3. Ingredient prices: Can by used to view all price changes entered in the past and make changes where needed. 
  4. Edit: When a tool is selected (and the time range is set correct), the Edit button will activate the tool

Load and Deliveries

  1. The Time range, with the option to change it, will show here. The batches in the time range will be shown
  2. The data will be collapsed by default and expanding will show the details of a batch (load and delivery). 
  3. Using the edit icon (Pencil) will mark the fields that can be edited (Ingredient, actual weight, call weight, # animals, dry matter % and driver). When a change is made the "Save" option will become active.
  4. If a batch is completely wrong, it is possible to delete the complete batch. A delete action cannot be reversed.

Ingredient Price:

  1. Search ingredient: By default all ingredients (in use, not in use and deleted) will be shown and using the filter option will limit the ingredients displayed
  2. Expand: Use to expand and view the historical price changes. 
  3. The timestamp of the price change with price and price unit are listed
  4. Edit (pencil): Use the edit button to edit the price that needs to be changed (take the unit into account and this is the unit set with the ingredient)
  5. Add record: If a price change should be added, the "ADD RECORD" can be used for this. There is no delete option, but instead the incorrect prices to be corrected.

Milk production

Note: this area is only available when TAP FEED Pro is active

This area can be used to verify, enter and correct milk production data per pen.
 
1.       Search Pen: By default, all pens that have the pen type ‘milking’ will be shown and using the filter option will limit the pens displayed
2.       Time range: You can select the from which dates you want the data to be shown. This is 7 days by default
3.       You can select which pen types you want to include in the overview. This is ‘Milking’ by default but can be changed to ‘All pen types’, ‘All pen types (include not in use)’ or ‘All pen types (include deleted)’
4.       Each pen can be expanded to show the different dates and milk production data
5.       When data is changed or entered, the ‘save’ button to save

Milk price

Note: this area is only available when TAP FEED Pro is active

This area can be used to verify, enter and correct historical milk price data per pen.
1.       Search Pen: By default, all pens that have the pen type ‘milking’ will be shown and using the filter option will limit the pens displayed
2.       You can select which pen types you want to include in the overview. This is ‘Milking’ by default but can be changed to ‘All pen types’, ‘All pen types (include not in use)’ or ‘All pen types (include deleted)’
3.       Each pen can be expanded to show the different dates and milk price data
4.       Add Milk Price: New milk prices can be added with a start date and for which pens the new milk price is valid
5.       Entered milk prices can be edited or deleted by using the three dots


External concentrate

Note: this area is only available when TAP FEED Pro is active

This area can be used to verify, enter and external concentrate data per pen.

5.       When data is changed or entered, the ‘save’ button to save

Changes reports

Different changes reports are available where you can find manual and automatic changes.
