Ingredient usage by pen

This report gives you an overview of what each pen consumed during a selected period of a certain ingredient.  Breaks it down by ingredient what was delivered and consumed by the pens 
 
With this report you can see:
  • Which ingredients the pens have received
  • What the average number of animals were over the selected time range
  • What the actual delivered weight was
  • The dry delivered weight was based on how the dry matter percentages were set
  • The actual weight/animal based on the average number of animals
  • The dry weight/animal based on the dry matter percentages and average number of animals
  • The total price of the delivered ingredients based on the prices that were set 
  • The price/animal based on the average number of animals
Search pen: This allows you to apply a quick filter on pens displayed on the report.
Time range: The selected time range is shown here. To change, select the dates and click on apply to use these settings.
Create preset: When a certain time range or certain filters will be used often, it is possible to create a preset of these settings. This preset can then be used to quickly view the data. Each preset can be saved under to be chosen name. The preset settings can be changed through the preset area and the details button.
Select preset: When you’ve already created presets, this will enable you to choose from the previously created presets
Download: With this button, the data that is presented on the screen can be downloaded to a pdf  and saved on the computer. This is normally saved in the Download folder of the computer.
Properties (gear icon): This will enable you to customize the report. This is possible using different tabs:
  • General: Specify how the weights should be presented
  • Recipes: Choose which recipes should be included in the report. The recipes that are not in use or deleted can also be chosen
  • Ingredients: Choose which ingredients should be included in the report. The ingredients that are not in use or deleted can also be chosen
  •  Ingredient types: Choose which ingredient types should be included in the report
  • Pens: Choose which pens should be included in the report. The pens that are not in use or deleted can also be chosen
  • Pen Types: Choose which pen types should be included in the report
 
Report data:
  • Ingredient: The description of the ingredient that was fed to a specific pen
  • Average # animals: Average number of animals in a specific pen that were fed over the chose time range
  • Actual weight: The actual weight of a specific ingredient that was fed to a specific pen over the set time range
  • Dry weight: The dry weight of a specific ingredient that was fed to a specific pen over the set time range
  • Unit: The unit used to present the Actual weight and Dry weight
  • Actual weight/Animal: The actual weight per animal per ingredient fed to a specific group
  • Dry weight/Animal: The dry weight per animal per ingredient fed to a specific group
  • Unit: The unit used to present the Actual weight/animal and the Dry weight/animal
  • Price (€): The total price per ingredient for a specific group over the time range chosen
  • Price/Animal (€): The price/animal per ingredient for a specific group 
Totals:
The totals/weighted averages of the pens that are displayed on the overview are displayed in this line.
