Load Report

The load report is a kind of everything report that shows all of the data points that are being captured from the weighing unit or FEED app. It is a really nice place to come if you have any sort of issue or problem that you want to look into. So for instance if I know that I had animals way off feed on a specific date I can come in this report and look at the pen that there was an issue with, expand that information out and really start to dig into what happened. It is going to show me on a date a pen that I want to analyse:
  • Each ingredient that was loaded into the mixer and the operator that they were put in by
  • The timestamp that each one was put in
  • The call weight, the call weight in dry weight, the actual loaded weight and dry loaded weight
  • Deviation in weight and deviation in percentage
  • The planned expense, the actual expense and then that difference so what that error cost was
  • Who was doing the action that day
The load report can help you to analyse the data by digging in further into the details. You can check if the ingredients were loaded in a normal time span or if they were maybe loaded too close together. Next to that, it can also show me if the driver mixed according to the set mixing time and how accurate the ingredients were loaded. This information together can help you to determine why the animals went off their feed.

Using the information provided on the load report can be useful as a training tool for employees and to show them the importance of their actions on the mixer.
The report can be used to check the result of individual loads and deliveries as it shows the true loaded and delivered amounts per ingredient or pen, including the deviation. It can also help to check if all loads and deliveries were done on a certain day.
By creating different presets, it is possible to filter for example on mixer (when multiple are in use) or a specific operator.

Search ration: This allows you to filter on rations displayed on the report. This will not filter the data using the download button.
Time range: The selected time range is shown here. To change, select the dates and click on apply to use these settings.
Create preset: When a certain time range or certain filters will be used often, it is possible to create a preset of these settings. This preset can then be used to quickly view the data. Each preset can be saved under to be chosen name. The preset settings can be changed through the preset area and the details button.
Download: With this button, the data that is presented on the screen can be downloaded to a pdf file and saved on the computer. This is normally saved in the Download folder of the computer.

Properties (gear icon): This will enable you to customize the report. This is possible using different tabs:
General:
  • Error tolerance: Set levels per ingredient / premix / pen. When the weight deviation of the ingredient/premix/pen exceeds this tolerance value, the data in the row will turn blue (under) or red (over). The deviation weight indicates whether too much or too little has been loaded.
  • Mixer commands and tolerance %: when mixer commands are used, this tolerance is used to set the tolerance % and the mixer command will turn red when this is outside the tolerance.
  • Show inside tolerance: It is possible to show or hide the ingredients inside the set error tolerance.
  • Show outside tolerance: It is possible to show or hide the ingredients outside the set error tolerance.
  • Show loads: when this option is ticked, all loads will be shown on the report. If you only want the deliveries on the report, this can be unticked.
  • Show deliveries: when this option is ticked, all deliveries will be shown on the report. If you only want the loads on the report, this can be unticked.
Mixers: The selected mixers will show in the report.Using ‘show not in use’ or ‘show deleted’, will give the option to include these mixers as well.
Users: The selected users will show in the report. Using ‘show not in use’ or ‘show deleted’, will give the option to include these users as well.
Rations: The ingredients of the selected rations will be shown on the report. Using ‘show not in use’ or ‘show deleted’, will give the option to include these types of rations as well.
Ingredients: The selected ingredients will be shown on the report. Using ‘show not in use’ or ‘show deleted’, will give the option to include these types of ingredients as well.
Ingredient type: Each ingredient is set to a specific ingredient type. Only the selected ingredient types will be shown on the report.

Report data
Load:
  • Date: The date that this specific ration was fed
  • Load and Delivery: For each feeding, a distinction is made between the load of ingredients and the delivery of that prepared ration to the different pen(s)
  • Ingredient: Ingredient description.
  • Time: The moment of loading of the ingredient is shown
  • Call Weight: Divided into Actual call weight and Dry call weight. It shows the scheduled weight that should have been loaded on product basis or dry matter basis of a certain ingredient.
  • (Actual weight) load: Divided into Actual loaded weight and Dry loaded weight. It shows the true loaded weight of that certain ingredient or pen.
  • Deviation: It shows the difference in weight or percentage between the call weight and the loaded weight of that ingredient.
  • Price: It shows the cost of a certain ingredient, based on the true loaded weight. This is divided into planned, actual and the deviation between the two (Error).
  • Name: The person who has loaded this ration. This is based on the user that was logged in to the indicator at that time. When using mixer roles, it is possible that different people do the load and the delivery.
  • Total Load: For each of the items mentioned above, either the total is shown or the weighted average

Delivery:
  • Time: The delivery date and time of that pen is shown
  • Call Weight: The planned weight that should be fed to a pen. This can be based on the amount that has been loaded and can differentiate from the planned weight in the program. This is related to the option SPLOAD** and if this is activated on the indicator or not.
  • Delivered Weight: The true amount that was delivered to that pen.
  • Deviation: The difference in weight or percentage between the call weight and the true delivered weight of a pen.
  • Price: The price of the ration for that pen. This is divided into the planned price, which is based on the call weight of the pen and the actual price, which is based on the true delivered amount to that pen.
  • Name: The person who has delivered the ration to the pens. This is based on the user that was logged in to the indicator at that time. When using mixer roles, it is possible that different people do the load and the delivery.
  • Total Delivery: For the items mentioned above, either the total is shown or the weighted average.
