Ingredient load & pen deliver deviation widgets

There are 2 widgets available with TAP FEED PRO or TAP FEED FEEDLOT active, to get insight in alerts regarding ingredient load and pen delivery deviations.

·   Ingredient load deviation widget: Get alerts when the loaded amount of an ingredient is below or above a set level
·   Pen deliver deviation widget: Get alerts when the delivered amount to a pen is below or above a set level
You can choose which ingredients or which pens should pop up on the widgets. To have the alerts triggered, the settings with ingredients, premixes and pens need to be set correctly.

Edit the ingredients, premixes and pens that you want to be triggered.
1.   In the tab ‘General data’, the weight tolerance can be set per ingredient
2.   To receive alerts on the dashboard in the ingredient load deviation widget, move this setting to ON

Once this level is set and the ingredient is added to the dashboard widget, the system will generate alerts for the loads when the amount is below or above the set level. This will happen when data is received from the mixer.

Certain display models support weight tolerance and this value will also be used during the loading process when this setting is activated under [MANAGE][SETTINGS][OTHER SETTINGS].

To add a certain pen to the dashboard widget, choose the pen that needs to be added and go to ‘edit’
1.   Enter the weight tolerance for this specific pen
2.   To receive alerts on the dashboard in the pen deliver deviation widget, move this setting to ON

Once this level is set and the pen is added to the dashboard widget, the system will generate alerts for the deliveries when the amount is below or above the set level. This will happen when data is received from the mixer.

Certain display models support weight tolerance and this value will also be used during the deliver process when this setting is activated under [MANAGE][SETTINGS][OTHER SETTINGS].

Deviation alerts for premixes can be set by editing a premix. Both the alert for ingredient load deviation as the alert for deliver deviation can be set here.

4.   Choose if this premix should be added to the delivery deviation widget on the dashboard

WIDGET SIZE
The size of the widgets can be changed through the three dots. There are three sizes available (XS, S or L) that show less or more information about the alerts:

·   Size XS will only show the number of ingredients/pens with alerts and clicking the circle with the number will show the individual ingredients/pens to analyse further
·   Size S will show the number of ingredients/pens with alerts and also if the last alert of each ingredient/pen was an upper or lower alert. Clicking the circles with the numbers will show the individual ingredients/pens to analyse further
·   Size L will show the individual ingredients/pens in a graph with the load deviation percent of the last deviation shown and a circle that indicates the # of times lower and upper limit exceeded the last 7 days. A hoover over the graph bar can be used to view the load details of the last alert and clicking the graph bare or circle will show all loads/deliveries of the specific ingredient/pen over the last 7 days (not only the alerts). The popup shows the deviation weight in a graph together with the tolerance weight in green. The loads/deliveries that exceed the graph, will have an arrow shown, to indicate this. A hoover over will show each load/delivery detail and clicking a bar will open the load report filtered for that specific day. The 'view more' button will open the load report only filtered over the last 7 days.

1.   When the deviation of a certain ingredient or pen is larger than the scale on the y-axis (y-axis is dependent on the set weight tolerances and is 5 times the set tolerance level), an arrow will be shown to indicate that the deviation is larger than shown

2.   Alerts can be cleared from the dashboard when you seen the alert and want to remove it from the dashboard. To clear alerts, open the widget and click on the button ‘CLEAR ALERTS’. This button will hide the loads and/or deliveries from the dashboard until an ingredient or pen is triggered again after receiving data from the mixer. All alerts over the past 7 days will be triggered again in this way.
